Mayes County Leadership Academy

Mayes County Leadership Academy (MCLA) is made up of people, united by a desire for positive action. They believe by working together for positive change they will produce an enhanced quality of life for the area's residents and businesses.

MCLA helps create these changes by recruiting and selecting a diverse group of leaders for the Leadership Pryor Program. The Program consists of a series of 11 monthly sessions. Each thought-provoking and issue-oriented meeting provides participants with an enhanced perspective of the problems and opportunities facing our area.

Each year the graduating class integrates into MCLA Alumni  - developing an ever-growing network of informed leaders who work together to make good things happen.
